Sorry for the crappy screenshots, but look at this shit. I just had to show you guys. This happened when I was playing H5 mode on Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon. The above picture is my lone unit's stats (the one that's in the bottom-right corner of the bottom pic), while the bottom picture is what happened in the game. I know the enemies are supposed to kill you, but don't you think that's going a little overboard? :/

I'll admit I've hardly worked at all on episode IV these past months, even though I had plenty of time to do so. Now that I have a full time job, though (on 2nd shift, no less), I still need to get financial aid squared away for college. So I'll have my plate full for the next month or so. I'll try to be more faithful with my flashes when that time passes.

Please forgive me people, but my life's been getting in the way. I haven't worked at all in the past few months on my fourth episode, and the progress I HAVE made on it isn't all that impressive. Maybe things will look better for me after I get out of this depressive slump, but right now, there are things that I just can't get my mind off of...

In any case, there's a couple more updates to inform you on. One of our fellow newgrounders has made a fansite for Sonic Reversal (a completely new one), located here. There's a forum located within the site, where you can chat amongst yourselves. Personally, I've never really used a forum site for anything but RPing, but that's just me...

I'm getting kind of annoyed about the PMs I keep getting asking me the same thing. So here's a news post that will hopefully resolve that.

Q. How do I do this in flash?
A. Look at the tutorials on Newgrounds. That's how I learned.

Q. Will you be my teacher?
A. No. I got other things I have to do.

Q. Will you join this (insert whatever here)?
A. Most likely not. As stated before, I've got other things to do. My skill with drawing is still lacking as well, so I still need to get a grip on that.

Q. When is (insert episode here) coming out?!
A. Can't tell ya that. Even I don't know when I'm gonna finish it.

Q. What programs do you use?
A. Macromedia Flash and Fireworks, Paint, Audacity, Sound Recorder, and of course, the internet. Flash is what makes the animation, Fireworks is like a photoshop program, paint I use to make custom sprites, Audacity I use to convert music files to WAV format, Sound Recorder I use to loop the songs, and the internet... obvious reasons.

Q. Will you use my character?
A. No. I'm only going to stick to the official Sonic characters.

Q. What's this song?
A. The songs are in the credits, in order of which they appear in the flash.

If there are any other questions I missed, I'll probably get PMed about it, and I'll end up posting it here. Once again, the same questions over and over again get annoying, so unless it's important, please don't PM me.

My motivation to work directly on the episode has hit a brick wall. I'm still working on different things about it, such as updating and remastering a few details here and there, but as for the main timeline, I haven't done much with, so please forgive me when I say that Sonic Reversal: Episode IV isn't coming out anytime soon. But do not fear, for I will say this: in the next episode, more of this convoluted plot will be revealed, making things a little easier to decipher. I'll put here the music used for the first fight scene. Please note that I did not post this video.

Here are a list of programs I use to make my flash animations:

I mostly use the Macromedia Studio 8. It includes Flash Professional 8, Fireworks 8, and Dreamworks 8. I don't use Dreamworks for my series, though. Dreamworks is for making websites. Flash Professional 8 is, of course, the main program used to make the animations. Fireworks is what I use to make the backgrounds of the sprite sheets transparent. I also use Fireworks to make original pictures. I also use Microsoft Paint. What a surprise, huh? That's how I make my custom sprites. I also use Audacity and Sound Recorder. Audacity to raise and lower the pitch of different sounds, and to convert it to WAV format, and Sound Recorder to loop the music tracks I use in my animations. I might have some more programs I use, but that's all that I can come up with for now.

I had much higher hopes than what was received for my third episode. I thought, "Man! If my second episode made front page, there's no way this thing won't make it!" Sadly, I was wrong. Apparently, it was really bad timing on my part. There were many other good submissions made that day. I could've possibly made the front page with it, but, as said before, bad timing. I guess I'll just hafta impress everyone with what I have in store for my fourth episode. I got something much different in mind than what I previously worked with before. You'll just hafta wait and see!

Anyway, now that that's out of the way, I've got one more thing to say: Brawl code! Yeah, I gave mine out before, but I erased my game and, little did I know, that that would completely change my Brawl code as well, so here's my new Brawl code:
